Reinstatement Team Leader

• Responsible for the permanent reinstatement of excavations in highways, footways and other hard paved areas
• Working with a team of Reinstators carrying out small and large reinstatements
• Asphalt and white top work in footways and carriageways
• Repairing and replacing manhole frames and covers
• Making sure all work is completed in accordance with HAUC and the local Highway Authority
• Working overtime, some weekends and nightshifts

• Ability to operate small plant (pedestrian rollers, disc cutters, trench rammers, plate compactors)
• Knowledge of material specifications and laying procedures
• Proven experience in blacktop reinstatement
• NRWSA street works accreditation
• Full clean driving licence
• 7.5t or 18t LGV license (preferred)
• Can-do attitude
• Confident, driven, self-motivated, well-organised
• Good communication skills
• Great team player
