Job Description:

APM Workcare recognise the importance of early intervention and proactive injury management in the workplace. Our role is to collaborate closely with employers and employees to facilitate safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Through tailored rehabilitation plans, workplace assessments, and ongoing support, we help minimise the impact of injury, illness, or disability—empowering individuals to regain independence and productivity while supporting business continuity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gain a detailed understanding of your clients’ injury history through initial needs assessments
  • Conduct worksite assessments to understand what duties your client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
  • Collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery needs
  • Facilitate a progressive return-to-work through tailored planning

Requirements:

  • Professional Registration with ESSA / AHPRA
  • Ideally, 12 mths + experience working in a similar position or 3 + years min clinical experience in a relevant profession
  • Strong client focus and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
  • A current or the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
  • Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
