As a Rehabilitation Consultant with APM WorkCare, you’ll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and help them to reconnect with what matters most.
Job Responsibility:
Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges
Conduct meaningful vocational and psychosocial assessments
Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life
Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners
Celebrate progress — small wins and major milestones
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months experience working in a similar role within Occupational Rehabilitation
Full registration with ESSA/AHPRA
Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
A current WWCC (Working with children check)
Full Australian working rights
A driver’s licence and willingness to support clients across Melbourne
