Job Description:

Konekt are seeking an Occupational Therapist to make a positive, lasting impact through the power of exceptional client care by delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people to return to meaningful employment
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Support clients to identify future employment or training options
  • Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

Requirements:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
