Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions
  • Have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community
  • Use your clinical expertise and skills will be used to support your clients’ journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
  • Provide brief evidence based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery
  • Undertake a range of vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation

Requirements:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
