Job Description

Rehab Services Manager for Pediatric Outpatient Team. This manager will be working in a pediatric outpatient setting that will include managing the team as well as clinical work.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing leadership to and supervision of Rehab staff
  • Oversees daily operations of the clinic
  • Provides direct patient care in his/her area of licensure and competence
  • Oversee age specific competencies according to clinic population
  • Managing the team as well as clinical work
  • Work 12 hours of admin time per week and 28 hours of clinical patient care per week

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Over 5 years Clinical Patient Care Experience
  • 3-5 Years Interdisciplinary Teamwork
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist Or Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Or Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Licensure from the FL Department of Health

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree
  • Over 5 years Outpatient Experience
  • 3-5 Years Management Experience
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
