Job Description:

An established and highly profitable regulatory team within a leading national firm is looking to appoint a Regulatory Solicitor into its Birmingham office. This is a chance to join a thriving, market-leading practice that works with major corporates on high-profile and complex matters. The team has an excellent reputation for defending regulatory breaches and conducting sensitive investigations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advising large corporate clients on a wide range of regulatory compliance and enforcement issues.
  • Defending clients in relation to regulatory breaches.
  • Conducting and managing investigations into alleged breaches or misconduct.
  • Working alongside colleagues nationally to deliver coordinated advice.
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in regulatory law.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage sensitive and complex matters.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • A commercially minded, client-focused approach.
