Job Responsibility

  • Provide risk strategic analytics and information management across Citibank products facilitating data quality and controls for teams and managers
  • Responsible for communicating the implications of existing and opposed regulations to executive management and developing potential responses which may include regulations related to specific product or macro / systemic regulation including standards to comply with Basel II / III, MiFID, U.S. Fed, Treasury, FDIC and regulations from other central banks and regulatory authorities
  • Provide regulatory risk project management support (business requirements, analysis and testing) for delivery of regulatory solutions
  • Perform business analysis to respond to regulatory and business questions and provide portfolio insights
  • Perform data analysis to monitor and track data quality and completeness of data
  • Provide project management with various deliverables for Portfolio Risk Review chapter
  • Involved in rationalization of End User Computing used for Portfolio Risk Reviews
  • Partner with clients to understand and quickly respond to their needs
  • Proactively seek client feedback to influence change throughout organization
  • Work with business users to gather business requirements and draft and coordinate approval for business requirement documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation identifying potential business risks and process inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions while ensuring data integrity
  • Six (6) years of experience must include: Working with large datasets and identifying key insights, interpreting complex financial metric calculation rules, and using analytics skills to evaluate the impact of different calculation scenarios
  • Test planning, creation and execution of test scripts and regression testing diligence including supporting documentation to enable closure of risk or project milestones
  • Developing controls and automation across the oversight process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information presented to senior management and supporting a strong control environment
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office including Excel for metrics and data analysis, PowerPoint for presentation decks, Word for writing and editing procedural and technical documentation, and Visio for documenting process flows
  • Implementation of analytic solutions and what-if analysis capabilities
  • Building flexible solutions through technology configuration and facilitating implementation of business rules provided in requirements
