Job Description:

Regulatory Risk Engagement Lead role responsible for establishing and driving BCBS 239 compliance plan specifically for the Risk function at Citi. This senior vice president position requires an experienced program manager with strong understanding of risk management processes and regulatory frameworks to foster connectivity with relevant execution leads, facilitate working groups, and ensure seamless alignment across various teams.

Job Responsibility:

Establish and drive BCBS 239 compliance plan specifically for Risk function
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key execution leads and stakeholders within Risk function
Organize and lead working groups focused on BCBS 239 compliance within Risk
Synthesize complex compliance implementation status updates from Risk function
Act as primary point of contact for Risk area for all BCBS 239-related matters
Provide hands-on execution support to Risk function for BCBS 239 initiatives
Identify, track, and support resolution of risks and issues specific to BCBS 239 implementation
Facilitate effective communication channels and advocate for Risk function's needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Project Management, or related field
PMP, FRM, or PRM certifications highly desirable
Proven experience as program or senior project manager delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
Deep understanding of risk management functions, processes, and data within financial institutions
Direct experience with BCBS 239 implementation or other regulatory compliance programs
Demonstrated ability to establish connectivity and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Proven ability to provide execution support and align diverse teams
Extensive experience working within large global financial services organization
Strategic planning and execution capabilities
Program leadership and coordination skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong capability to identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice to have:

PMP, FRM, or PRM certifications
Experience with regulatory compliance programs such as CCAR or Dodd-Frank
