Regulatory Reporting Sr. Analyst - Quality Assurance

• Execute test plans and accurately document results
• Identify and report defects with sufficient detail for investigation
• Collaborate with technology teams to prepare test data and environments
• Contribute to the team's understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on testing
• Support senior testers in analyzing test results
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on testing progress
• Learn about relevant financial regulations (e.g., CFTC Part 43/45, MiFID II, SFTR) and reporting requirements
• Communicate effectively with the Quality Assurance Testing Team Lead and other team members regarding testing progress and issues
• Participate actively in team meetings
• Follow established QA processes, standards, and guidelines
• Provide support to senior QA testers in various testing activities

• Relevant 8+ yrs of experience in regulatory reporting Quality Assurance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
