As our Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you’ll be the person who ensures the compliance, accuracy, and timely submission of all mandatory regulatory reports while bridging the gap between evolving financial regulations and our scalable infrastructure.
Job Responsibility
Regulatory Project Management – Lead and support Finance Transformation projects driven by new or updated local and international regulatory reporting frameworks
Mandatory Reporting Ownership – Take responsibility for the preparation, review, and timely submission of all mandatory regulatory and statutory reports required by supervisory authorities (e.g., Central Bank of Luxembourg, CSSF, or other relevant regulators)
New Product Compliance & Advisory – Partner closely with Product, Compliance, and Legal teams during the launch of new products to analyze regulatory impacts, define reporting requirements, and ensure full alignment with the local regulatory framework
Process Automation & Transformation – Identify opportunities to optimize, automate, and scale reporting workflows, reducing manual intervention and leveraging modern data solutions
Audit and Supervisory Support – Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and regulatory authorities, providing structured, high-quality documentation and methodology notes
Requirements
At least 3–5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance operations, or financial auditing within the fintech, banking, or financial services sector
Deep understanding of financial regulations and supervisory reporting frameworks
Proactive & Project-Driven Mindset – Ability to manage complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment, breaking down regulatory prose into technical finance requirements and meeting tight deadlines with precision
Ownership and Team Contribution – Ability to take full accountability for assigned regulatory domains while actively collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Tech) to embed compliance into Satispay’s ecosystems
Technical Skills – Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and comfort working with structured data
Languages – Fluent English
Nice to have
Experience with business intelligence tools, modern digital accounting ecosystems, or automation workflows is a strong plus
Strong nice to have Italian knowledge
