An exciting opportunity within the Prudential Risk Oversight Team for a Regulatory Reporting Risk Oversight Manager. Join us in shaping the future of regulatory excellence and driving meaningful impact across the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a subject matter expert to support the delivery of the Regulatory Reporting Risk Oversight Plan
  • Provide oversight of Funding & Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, Treasury Risk, Capital Risk, Financial Sustainability Risk, Regulatory Reporting Risk and Financial Reporting Risk
  • Provide trusted advice and risk-based oversight
  • Act as a Risk enabler and partner for the business to ensure the Society’s regulatory reporting is timely, accurate and complete
  • Independent challenge of interpretations and judgements, the process and control environment and the regulatory change process, including regulatory horizon scanning

Requirements

  • Excellent regulatory reporting experience (production or review of regulatory returns in house, through consultancy and advisory work, or from working for the regulator)
  • In-depth experience and skillset in the production or review of one or more of the following: COREP, LVR, LCR, Pillar 3 Disclosures, FSA017, FINREP
  • Good understanding of UK CRR and the PRA rulebook, and any upcoming changes
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and challenge to Senior Management and non-specialists
  • Effective communication, engagement and influencing skills
