Regulatory Reporting Project Manager

• Manage and maintain the RET system reporting layer, ensuring alignment with recent application updates and user requirements
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support Regulatory Event Tracking
• Monitor Data Control Requirement Matrices (DCRMs) and enhance RET adherence to control frameworks including Cross Border Data Clearance and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA)
• Lead or support data transformation and migration activities as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Liaise with technology teams for system enhancements, data integration, and issue resolution
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify reporting needs, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs)
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and reporting automation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

• 8–10+ years in financial services or regulatory reporting roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and data governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis
• Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Experience liaising effectively with technology teams and bridging the gap between business and IT
• Bachelor's degree required
