Requirements:
Strong background in US regulatory reporting within a retail banking environment
Solid understanding of capital, liquidity, and financial regulatory reporting
Experience navigating federal and state-level regulatory frameworks
Ability to operate in build-out / launch / transformation environments
Nice to have:
Experience supporting subsidiary setup, bank launches, or geographic expansion
Familiarity with regulatory reporting platforms (e.g., Axiom), though business expertise is more important than technical configuration
Basic technical skills (e.g., SQL literacy) to support data discussions
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly
