Job Responsibility

  • Compile/verify accuracy of source information
  • Prepare source data and perform electronic filings in the systems, adhering to internal procedures
  • Learn how to prepare reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Update and maintain systems information
  • Comply with regulatory guidelines and data integrity policies
  • Assist with internal queries and mailbox management
  • Report to Officer/Senior Officer/Management on information requests, progress and issues
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects from time to time

Requirements

  • Degree in computers, business, finance or economics would be an advantage
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to understand and interpret regulatory guidelines
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to quickly absorb information and utilise provided guidance materials
  • Curious, motivated and enthusiastic about learning new skills
  • Capable of working with tight deadlines when required, multitask and prioritise workflow
  • Fluency in English
