Job Description:

We are looking for a Confirmed Fund Accountant for a crucial 11-month temporary mission with our client, a leading international bank. This role within the Tax and Regulatory Reporting Team requires 5+ years of practical experience in Fund Services, Fund Accounting, or Financial Reporting. We need a versatile and highly involved professional—the definition of a 'can-do' self-starter. You must be able to convert complex instructions into accurate, completed tasks, taking full ownership and driving projects forward for the firm's success during this critical assignment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure timely, detailed, and accurate execution of periodic Regulatory Reporting (CSSF, BCL, and Taxe d'abonnement)
  • Maintain full oversight of outsourced regulatory reporting, rigorously ensuring data quality and control while adhering to the bank's strict internal policies and procedures
  • Act as a key operational contact for all fund ranges, managing escalations and fostering strong partnerships with internal and external providers to meet regulatory SLAs
  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational process improvements and actively provide support, guidance, and training to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Services, Operations, or Client Management, ideally within the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of the Security Services environment (FA, TA, Custody)
  • Strong sense of ownership, 'can-do' attitude, and proactive approach to complex problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfort working across all organizational levels and adapting to a changing regulatory landscape
