Job Description

The role involves managing a portion of the regulatory lead’s diverse portfolio, providing leadership, defining solutions, driving remediation plans, sharing technical expertise and securing buy-in from a diverse range of global stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the identification, remediation and overall management of associated control frameworks
  • Develop, operationalise and monitor relevant metrics
  • Identify, monitor and coordinate delivery of regulatory change / developments
  • Support the operation of periodic governance routines

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, risks and controls regarding MAR and/or Prohibition
  • Experience working on complex regulatory remediation programmes
  • Understanding of risk management practices
  • Resilience, self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a complex organisation
