Job Description

In this role, you’ll become the go‑to expert for regulatory information and insight. You’ll help shape our regulatory strategy, influence key external stakeholders, and ensure the way we present data and respond to consultations is accurate, aligned, and compelling.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate external information and data requests with confidence
  • Work closely with teams across VodafoneThree to make sure the right information reaches the right people
  • Provide data and insights that strengthen our consultation responses and project work
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the regulatory function on cross‑team initiatives
  • Contribute directly to our regulatory strategy and help translate policy into clear business impact
  • Advise teams across the business on regulatory considerations
  • Draft high‑quality responses to external consultations, ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Represent VodafoneThree in meetings with regulators, government, and industry bodies
  • Ensure our regulatory positions are consistent, well‑understood, and strategically sound

Requirements

  • Commercial awareness and solid understanding of regulatory or business environments
  • Strong project‑management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • High numeracy and confidence in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and drive work forward without close supervision
  • A clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex issues
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Curious and eager to learn tools like Python or SQL (experience is a bonus, not a must)
  • Organised, comfortable with data, and able to identify key insights
  • A collaborator who builds strong relationships and influences effectively

  • Integrate clinical, nonclinical, CMC, and safety evidence into cohesive regulatory recommendations, accounting for regulatory precedent in obesity and related conditions
  • Lead the creation of the Global Regulatory Strategic Plan (GRSP), including risk assessment, regulatory scenario planning, and evaluation of novel/expedited pathways
  • Advises on key clinical development elements relevant to obesity programs—study designs, chronic treatment safety, cardiovascular outcomes evaluation, metabolic biomarker selection, pediatric development, and real-world evidence plans
  • Lead the Global Regulatory Team (GRT) and represent Global Regulatory Affairs and Strategy (GRAAS) on cross-functional teams
  • Partner closely with Clinical Development, Safety, CMC, Value & Access, Commercial, and regional regulatory colleagues to ensure seamless strategy execution
