We are confidentially seeking a high-calibre Regulatory lawyer for a major international law firm.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising on crypto and fintech regulatory matters
  • Conducting corporate governance reviews
  • Help design and implement anti-money laundering compliance frameworks
  • Prepare suspicious activity reports
  • Support clients through regulatory audits, inspections and remediation processes
  • Advising on sanctions reporting and asset freeze requirements
  • Responding to production orders and mandatory information exchange requests
  • Providing guidance on data protection laws
  • Assisting with investigations

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ PQE
  • Current or prior law firm experience acting on Cayman Regulatory matters
