Job Description:

The Regulatory Finance Engagement Lead will be pivotal in establishing and driving the BCBS 239 compliance plan specifically for the Finance function. This role requires an experienced program manager with strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and regulatory frameworks, acting as the single point of contact for the Finance area within the BCBS 239 Office Implementation Workstream.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish and drive BCBS 239 compliance plan specifically for Finance function
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key execution leads within Finance
  • Organize and lead working groups focused on BCBS 239 compliance within Finance
  • Synthesize compliance implementation status updates and channel information to program PMO
  • Act as primary point of contact for Finance area for BCBS 239 matters
  • Provide hands-on execution support to Finance function for BCBS 239 initiatives
  • Identify, track, and support resolution of risks and issues specific to BCBS 239 implementation
  • Facilitate effective communication channels and advocate for Finance function needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related field
  • PMP, CPA, or CFA certifications highly desirable
  • Proven experience as program or senior project manager with track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Deep understanding of financial functions, processes, and data within financial institutions
  • Direct experience with BCBS 239 implementation or other regulatory compliance programs
  • Demonstrated ability to establish connectivity and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to provide execution support and align diverse teams
  • Extensive experience working within large global financial services organization
  • Strategic planning and execution capabilities
