Job Description

The Meta North American Regulatory Enforcement team is looking for a Program Manager to support a wide range of regulatory and department related clerical, technical, and strategic projects. This includes workstreams related to case material management, case tracking, metrics and trend reports, various coordination activities, investigation support, budgeting, and more. This role involves organizing large amounts of sensitive material, working with internal and external stakeholders to keep case materials up-to-date, and supporting case and team projects aligned to an array of efforts. This role will be focused on driving case material organization across the Regulatory Enforcement team, managing case management systems, improving overall case tracking and metrics reports, and helping on special strategic projects and investigation logistics.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage multiple project workstreams and execute against project plans
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables within allotted timeframes
  • Organize, manage and update case materials
  • Provide internal project support to Regulatory Enforcement team, including managing coordination tasks
  • Act as Regulatory Enforcement team point of contact for internal administrative projects at the company
  • Collaborate with legal colleagues maintaining a high-level of confidentiality, organization, attention to detail
  • Prioritize conflicting goals in time-sensitive, high-momentum environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, Law, Policy, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management experience within a legal field (policy, technology, or similar), concurrently managing multiple workstreams, updating and managing case materials, and communicating with several internal/external parties
  • 5+ years of experience working on legal, policy, and/or risk management related projects
  • Consistent experience as the single-thread owner of support for several attorneys, leaders, and/or internal partners

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and trends impacting technology companies
  • 5+ years of experience working in a national and/or global environment under tight timelines and delivering high-quality results
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with partners across multiple disciplines and functions
  • Experience with Google Suite for collaboration tools, slides, and document management
  • Experience and/or interest in leveraging AI tools to create work efficiencies
  • Experience as a paralegal or similar support role for attorneys, including in government settings
