Job Description

A leading international law firm is seeking a Regulatory Associate to join its highly regarded Regulatory team in London. This Regulatory Associate role offers the opportunity to advise leading global businesses on technology and product regulation, supporting clients through product launches, regulatory compliance and complex investigations. The Regulatory Associate will work on cutting edge matters involving artificial intelligence, connected devices, software, robotics and emerging technologies, providing commercially focused advice across UK and international regulatory frameworks.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising on UK and international product regulatory frameworks
  • Supporting clients with product launches and compliance programmes
  • Advising on Artificial Intelligence, connected devices and emerging technologies
  • Drafting compliance policies, governance frameworks and internal procedures
  • Managing regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
  • Advising on product recalls and regulatory risk management
  • Liaising with regulators and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Regulatory Law
  • Strong knowledge of technology and product regulation
  • Experience advising on regulatory compliance and governance frameworks
  • Experience liaising with regulators and regulatory bodies
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and client management ability
