Job Description:

The Regulatory Communications, Advisory & Management Senior Vice President plays a critical role in leading and messaging Citi’s data transformation to embed a data governance discipline and improve data quality. The role involves regulatory reporting, communication development, stakeholder engagement, project leadership, and providing strategic advice to articulate progress and mitigate risks in Citi's Consent Order commitments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and prepare high-quality communications, presentations, and reports for regulators, senior management, and the Board of Directors
  • build relationships within the Enterprise Data Office to strengthen engagement and align messaging
  • develop project timelines factoring in input from subject matter experts
  • seek clarity and supporting information to gain understanding of bespoke data remediation topics
  • provide strategic advice on tone and messaging for presentations and reports
  • monitor and communicate progress on plans, anticipating risks and issues
  • proactively manage deliverables while aligning with the organization's goals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Banking or Financial Services
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization
  • strong understanding of the overall regulatory environment impacting financial services
  • strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • experience creating and executing against frameworks that improve the quality and value of data to meet regulatory commitments
  • ability to understand and operate effectively within a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment.

Nice to have:

  • consulting experience
  • experience working with regulators on data plan execution
  • working knowledge of data operating models, glossaries, lineage, and data quality tools
  • Master's degree.
