We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to work on our Medical Nutrition portfolios, ensuring all products comply with applicable UK and Ireland regulations, food safety standards, and internal policies. Job Responsibility:
Stay up to date with regulatory changes and provide timely updates to key stakeholders
Propose, implement, and validate action plans in response to regulatory changes in the market
Provide expert guidance on Foods for Special Medical Purposes regulations to support business objectives across relevant departments
Serve as a key team member on local innovation and regulatory projects, acting as a regulatory collaborator or leader in new product development
Ensuring regulatory compliance of product recipes, raw materials, and artwork labelling, while collaborating with marketing and medical affairs teams to manage product communications
Requirements:
Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the food industry
Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Self-motivated and analytical with excellent attention to detail
Strategically minded with an understanding of how regulatory decisions impact the wider business
Effective communicator capable of challenging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Proactive and solution-oriented with a desire to delve into issues and navigate ambiguity effectively
