Regulatory Affairs Manager

• Ensure compliance of products, ingredients, labelling, packaging, and product claims to maintain the company's reputation with customers and regulatory agencies in ASEAN and North American markets
• Serve as the liaison between regulatory bodies and the company on all regulatory matters
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product supply continuity and regulatory adherence
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and emerging trends in relevant markets, providing insights on regulatory changes and their implications
• Proactively identify and address potential regulatory issues to minimise impact
• Offer scientific and nutritional expertise to support new product development, consumer education, and scientific communication.

• University degree in Science related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the food/beverage industry in ASEAN
• Established network with regulators and scientists in ASEAN markets is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferably in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Proven team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a creative and innovative mindset
• Willingness to travel and work outside Hong Kong.
