Job Description

As a Program Specialist, you serve as the critical link between regulatory requirements and operational excellence. You translate complex, evolving mandates into clear, scalable, and efficient processes that enable the business to operate with confidence. By designing and implementing workflows, automation solutions, and governance frameworks, you make compliance seamless, intuitive, and sustainable. Partnering closely with Global and Regional CommOps, Legal, Operations, and Policy teams, you operationalize regulatory obligations into structured policies and processes that drive consistency, mitigate risk, and support scalable growth in dynamic environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, build, and implement policies, processes, and automation frameworks to manage regulatory obligations effectively and at scale
  • Identify, deploy, and continuously optimize workflow orchestration tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to enhance visibility and performance
  • Lead root cause analyses and support legal mediation or regulatory inquiries with structured insights and data-backed recommendations
  • Provide stakeholders with actionable insights on trends, operational performance, and opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and policies
  • Partner cross-functionally to operationalize evolving regulatory requirements into sustainable processes, automations, and governance models
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects (e.g., Agile, Lean, PMP), translating ambiguous and high-stakes challenges into structured, data-driven recommendations and long-term systemic improvements
  • Proven ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving regulatory environments, aligning competing priorities and building consensus across diverse stakeholders
  • Strong operational mindset with experience owning core processes
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure, clearly communicating complex or sensitive matters to internal and external audiences

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the digital platforms' regulatory landscape
  • Working knowledge of SQL to support investigations, data analysis, and regulatory responses
