Job Description

Linwood School is seeking a Regulation & Engagement Support Worker to join our dynamic PACE Team. Linwood School is an ‘Outstanding’ multi-campus day special school for pupils aged 4–19. We are on a journey to revolutionise our approach to regulation and engagement. Our PACE Team plays a vital role in creating and delivering high-quality interventions to support students in maintaining regulation throughout the school day.

Job Responsibility

  • Support and model in-class strategies to help students maintain regulation
  • Develop intuitive support plans and personalised learning approaches
  • Lead and facilitate Nurture Groups to help students re-engage with learning
  • Accurately record and report regulation and engagement incidents
  • Work collaboratively to design and implement Personalised Regulation & Engagement Plans alongside class teams
