Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Regulation and Contracts Assistant Coordinator to join the Regulatory and Contract team. The selected candidate will support the effective execution of transactions on renewable energy projects, contributing to documentation management and regulatory compliance in the acquisition and sale processes of renewable energy assets or projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support M&A transactions, including due diligence and execution phases
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, legal, finance, EPC) and external stakeholders (advisors, consultants) to ensure transaction execution
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
  • Manage project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Create and maintain virtual data rooms to securely share information with investors and partners

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
  • Plus experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Interest in renewable energy, project management, regulatory processes, and corporate operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., document management platforms such as SharePoint or Google Workspace)
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive mindset, teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
