Job Description:

Our client is an IT integrator. They have their own products and provide IT consulting services, IT audits, technological and licensing upgrades, migrations, and implementations. The projects they carry out cover backup, servers, storage, network communication, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implementation of implementation and maintenance projects, implementation and management of LAN/WAN/Data Center networks
  • Support for the sales department in analyzing customer needs, meetings with customers, and selecting solutions (presales)
  • Mastering the portfolio of several network solutions manufacturers
  • Cooperation with IT teams in launching new services and solutions
  • Monitoring network performance and resolving technical issues
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Confirmed 1-2 years of experience in the area of computer networks (LAN, WAN, routing, switching, network protocols, firewall)
  • Practical knowledge of network devices (e.g. Cisco, FortiGate)
  • Basic knowledge of administering Linux or Windows operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization, infrastructure monitoring - e.g. zabbix or equivalent
  • Very good knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, STP, DHCP, OSPF or BGP)
  • Ability to create technical documentation
  • Good self-organization and communication skills
  • English language proficiency at the level of fluent reading of technical documentation and communication with the support department of a given manufacturer
  • Category B driving license and readiness for business trips (up to 2 days and occasional)

Nice to have:

  • Industry certification (e.g. CCNA and equivalent)
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN, SDN, SDA, NAC, VoIP
