Job Description

Lead the registration function for an independent statutory body regulating healthcare sector and ensuring patient safety. Oversee a team of 2 Registration Officers and 1 Administrator, maintaining accuracy of Register, managing CPD cycle, and enhancing registrants' portal and database.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of all applications
  • Provide clear guidance on complex cases and support panel decisions
  • Review and update processes, documentation, and web resources to enhance operational efficiency
  • Produce insightful data analyses and reports for Education Committee and Council while monitoring team performance
  • Deliver exceptional service by responding to enquiries and complaints
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers and partners to adopt best practises
  • Implement robust quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with company policies
