Job Description

CM Partners is a medium-sized, independent Chartered Accountancy practice based in Douglas, Isle of Man, providing tailored financial and accounting solutions to Isle of Man and international clients. CM Trust is a fiduciary service provider licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, offering trust and company services to clients globally. We currently have a vacancy for a Registration Assistant on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will support the Registration Manager in delivering high-quality statutory maintenance and company secretarial support services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate company records, managing statutory filings, and supporting governance processes within defined deadlines. A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with qualifications and experience. 20 to 25 hours per week. The exact hours will be agreed with the successful candidate.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintenance of company annual returns
  • Maintenance of minute books and statutory records, including scanning and filing of minutes
  • Administration of the company databases – Star and Reverto
  • Amendments to the officers/shareholders of an entity and relevant filings
  • Filing of documents at the Companies registry
  • Re domiciliation / conversion of entities
  • Company incorporations
  • Dissolutions and liquidations
  • Company and land registry searches

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in an office environment
  • Educated to GCSE level standard (or equivalent)
  • Experience working within a regulated or professional services environment is advantageous
  • Experience in statutory maintenance and company filings is desirable but not essential
