Job Description:

St. Francis Hospice Dublin provides a comprehensive range of palliative care services for patients and their families living in North Dublin City and County. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative organisation that is committed to the delivery of first-class services to patients with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Requirements:

  • Evidence of registration with Medical Council of Ireland
  • Demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development and learning
  • Have access to own transport and full driving license
  • Have minimum 12 months experience in an associated relevant speciality i.e. Care of The Elderly, General Internal Medicine or Oncology
  • Have strong IT skills in MS Office suite and other relevant packages
  • Participate in the On Call Rota

Nice to have:

  • Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland or Membership of MRCP(UK) or Membership of Irish College of General Practitioners is desirable
  • A minimum of 4 months Specialist Palliative Care experience is desirable
