Registered Wealth National Client Onboarding Specialist

• Subject matter expert on investment procedures and processes
• Deliver client onboarding and operational solutions for clients of Senior Wealth Advisors
• Primary point-of-contact with internal partners and clients
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding
• Ensure client relationship transition handled efficiently with VIP care
• Travel to SWA's branch location
• Address inquiries from SWA and wealth team
• Liaise with strategic partners to effect client requests
• Recommend improvements for investment procedural activities
• Document, track, and monitor client onboarding
• Fulfill client onboarding functions including account opening, asset transfer, account maintenance

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Strong business acumen with in-depth understanding of internal operating model
• Consistent top-tier performer
• Ability to manage and expedite multiple tasks in dynamic environment
• Exceptional critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Superior client service proficiency including verbal, written, and listening skills
• Customer focused, detail-oriented
• Understanding of multiple products across business lines
• Exceptional networking and relationship building skills
• Series 7 and 63 or 66 Licenses required at time of hire
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
