Job Description

Are you an experienced Care Home Manager with a track record of stabilising services and improving standards? Do you enjoy building strong teams, driving quality, and delivering meaningful improvements in care homes? Are you looking for a role where you will be trusted to lead, with the backing of a supportive senior leadership team? If so, this could be an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a home requiring strong leadership and operational improvement. We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established national elderly care provider, to lead one of their services in the Liverpool area. The home provides nursing, residential and dementia care to older adults and forms part of a wider portfolio of services across the UK. This role will suit a hands-on, improvement-focused leader who is comfortable working within a turnaround environment and enjoys building stability across teams, processes and culture. You will be responsible for the overall operational leadership of the home, ensuring high standards of care are delivered while supporting the development of a motivated and engaged workforce. The successful candidate will benefit from the support of a Deputy Manager and experienced Regional leadership team, enabling you to focus on driving improvements and embedding sustainable practices across the service.

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to drive operational improvements
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
