Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. You will be the engine behind our training operation, keeping enrolments running smoothly, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and delivering an exceptional experience for students and trainers.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing student enrolments, registrations, and records across multiple government portals and the student management system (SMS)
  • Issuing qualifications, statements of attainment and certificates
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing front-line customer service to students, trainers, and stakeholders via phone, email and in person
  • Supporting trainers with course logistics, classroom set-up and course resources
  • Maintaining training room presentation and escalating facilities issues to the RTO Manager
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks and requests as required to meet organisational needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an RTO Administration role
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
  • Proactive, reliable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice to have

Experience with RTO systems – Ready Student/VETtrak (desirable)
