We believe that great leaders are the key to delivering exceptional care and services to the people we support – as well as support from your Area Director, you’ll have access to our Leadership Academy, empowering you to unlock your full potential and inspire your team at every stage of your leadership journey. Role: Registered Service Manager. Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum. Service: Meadow Lodge, Beeston. Your Service: The site is a new-build development is set in a vibrant, historically industrial town. This service will provide specialist supported living accommodation for 7 people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Your Role: From ensuring the service runs smoothly and achieves quality excellence, to encouraging personal growth & development of the team – every day is unique. Through leadership and support, our Service Managers make a difference to their colleagues’ lives and the people we support – and are an integral part of ensuring everyone at Consensus has the opportunity to flourish.

  • Effectively manage financial performance, with financial resources appropriately managed & controlled
  • Promote quality assurance, working towards legal, clinical, statutory, and organisational obligations
  • Ensure full and accurate reporting of management information, maximising quality and compliance
  • The role requires you to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Requirements

  • Experience working with those with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours
  • Experienced Service Manager looking for a new challenge with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, flexible and efficient
  • Happy to work on a shift basis and, where required, be on call
  • Committed to providing person-centred care
