Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Home Respiratory Therapist CPAP Services Manager to lead our CPAP Services team at the Bonneval location in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time, day shift leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced respiratory professional who is passionate about sleep therapy, patient education, and driving high-quality respiratory care outcomes. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of CPAP/BiPAP services, ensuring clinical excellence, improving patient compliance, and leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of CPAP and BiPAP services
  • Supervise and support respiratory therapy staff
  • Ensure efficient workflows, staffing, and patient scheduling
  • Monitor and improve departmental performance and patient outcomes
  • Support complex patient cases and provide clinical guidance to staff
  • Ensure effective follow-up processes, including calls and in-office visits
  • Promote best practices in respiratory and sleep therapy care
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of respiratory therapy experience
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist - DOH
  • Driver's License - DMV
  • Registered National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) - NBRC
