Job Description

The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and professional development initiatives for team members across the health system. This role focuses on transition to practice for new graduates and experienced nurses, fosters workplace learning through evidence-based strategies, and applies adult learning principles to meet the diverse needs of clinical teams. The position will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure continuous professional growth and improve patient care outcomes.

  • Over 5 years’ Experience in Pediatric Setting Required
  • Over 5 years’ Experience in Acute Care Setting Required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
  • Master's degree in nursing required within 24 months of hire
  • At least one Baptist Health approved certification is required
