Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number
  • At least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care
  • Understanding of commitment to profession through NMC standards of practice
  • Passion to mentor and share knowledge
  • Ability to provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students
  • Understanding of effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to role model professional behaviours
  • Ability to advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care
  • Ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect
  • Ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken
  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship for time-limited visas)
