Job Responsibility

Build on existing skill set in a nurse-led environment
Develop complex decision making and collaborative skills
Make a difference to Residents at a time when they may feel vulnerable
Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care
Support Residents and their families
Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect
Seek appropriate advice and report concerns
Mentor and share knowledge with Colleagues
Provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students

Requirements

Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care a valid Pin number
Understanding of commitment to profession through standards of practice set by the NMC
Passion to mentor and share knowledge
Effective communication, both verbally and written
Ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect
Full right to work in the UK
