MacLeod Cares Clinton View Lodge is a 63-bed Community Care, Respite Care, and Nursing Care community, located in Kensington, Prince Edward Island, where we provide compassionate, person-centered care across multiple levels of support in a welcoming, home-like environment. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide clinical leadership and deliver comprehensive, Resident-centered care that supports the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological well-being of those in our community. Working within your full scope of practice and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and a physician, you will assess, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans to ensure Residents receive safe, high-quality nursing care. In this leadership role, you will guide and mentor frontline care staff, support clinical decision-making, and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
