Job Description

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our bank team at Kingston Court care home in Carlisle. We have a happy, friendly and caring staff team who provide the highest standards of care in a homely environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading by example and proactively managing the care team
  • Promoting a culture of personalised care
  • Providing excellent nursing care and interventions
  • Motivating and supporting the team
  • Acting as a role model for other clinical and care team members
  • Reporting directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

Requirements

  • Active NMC PIN
  • Qualified nurse (RGN)
  • Significant experience working in a care home or similar environment
  • Genuine passion for elderly care
  • Natural leader
  • Good standard of English and numeracy skills
  • Passion for looking after the adults in your care
