Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics position at AMG Batavia. Part-time role requiring 20 hours per week, with a schedule of 2 and a half days per week, including some Monday late nights to 7pm and 1-2 Saturdays per month (8a-12p). May have to work at other 2 peds sites (Sequoia and St Charles). The role involves providing patient-centered, wholistic care with a focus on clinical excellence, leadership, compassion, innovation, and professional growth within a pediatric setting.

Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Good communication skills
Good computer skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with patient care equipment
Current Illinois RN license
Current CPR
Certifications/education required for the nursing specialty
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts
Ability to transport objects, patients, and equipment
Ability to respond quickly to patient needs
Ability to assist in evacuation of patients
Ability to respond to patients in a timely manner
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance
Nice to have:
BSN Preferred
2 years’ experience preferred
1-year critical care or surgical experience (for Ambulatory Surgery Center)
1 year experience in cardiology preferred (for Cardiology)
2 years' experience in acute or ambulatory care (for Contact Center)
1 year experience telemetry or PACU preferred (for Endoscopy)
1 year experience in critical care or ED preferred (for Immediate Care)
1 to 2 years occupational health experience or new graduate with prior occupational health or related experience (for Occupational Health)
1 year experience in oncology preferred (for Oncology)
OCN preferred or obtained when OCN requirements met
