Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses with a passion for delivering high-quality care to join our team on a casual basis at our Gladesville facility. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts (as required).

Job Responsibility:

Deliver safe, effective, and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards
Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing
Act as a clinical decision-maker, responding to changes in residents’ conditions
Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning
Promote a strong culture of safety, respect, and collaboration

Requirements:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and decision-making capabilities
A passion for delivering person-centered care to older people
Police Check
COVID Vaccination Evidence
Right to work in Australia
