Job Description

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses with a passion for delivering high-quality care to join our team on a casual basis at our Gladesville facility. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts (as required).

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver safe, effective, and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards
  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing
  • Act as a clinical decision-maker, responding to changes in residents’ conditions
  • Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, respect, and collaboration

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and decision-making capabilities
  • A passion for delivering person-centered care to older people
  • Police Check
  • COVID Vaccination Evidence
  • Right to work in Australia
