Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiology Clinic (Park Ridge). Department: 02050 AMG Park Ridge 1875 Dempster POB - Cardiology. Status: Full time. Benefits Eligible: Yes. Hours Per Week: 40. Schedule Details/Additional Information: Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:00a – 7:00p Friday: 7:00a – 5:00p Saturday: 8:00a – noon RN Hours: Week 1: 12-hour shifts Wed, Thurs, Fri; 7a-7p Sat; 8a-noon (rotating, 8 RNs in office) Week 2: 10-hour shifts

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Good communication skills
Good computer skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with patient care equipment
Current Illinois RN license
Current CPR
Certifications/education required for the nursing specialty
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts to accommodate staffing
Ability to transport objects, patients, and equipment
Ability to respond quickly to patient needs and work at fast pace
Ability to assist in evacuation of patients in the event of a fire or other disaster
Ability to respond to patients in a timely manner and access all areas of the unit
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance

Nice to have

4+ years of RN experience, preferably ICU or Cardiology triage
BSN Preferred
2 years’ experience preferred
1 year experience in cardiology preferred
