Registered Nurse

• Working collaboratively across teams to support Salutem’s strategic goals
• Delivering outstanding customer service and adhering to quality frameworks
• Following all organisational policies and procedures
• Maintaining professional development aligned with NMC standards
• Ensuring safe handling, administration, and storage of medications
• Providing evidence based clinical care, including procedures such as catheterisation, PEG/tracheostomy management, and NG tube care
• Upholding safeguarding responsibilities for children and adults
• Maintaining accurate clinical and organisational records in line with NMC and data protection regulations
• Supporting the Service Manager with supervision, mentoring, and development of support staff
• Promoting safe environments through health & safety, infection control, and risk management
• Building effective relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Delivering person‑centred care planning, health promotion, and effective transition management
• Participating in clinical supervision, audits, training, and continuous service improvement
• Supporting recruitment, induction, and staff meetings

• Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration
• Knowledge of the NMC Code and legislation relating to disability, mental health, or physical health needs
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults in residential, day service, youth work, or similar environments
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to reflect on practice and work effectively within a team
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins
• A full driving licence
