Cardiac Telemetry is an 18 bed intermediate care unit that provides care to patients with a cardiac focus. This unit is responsible for monitoring patient cardiac rhythms, and is comprised of cardiac population patients including; heart failure, post pacemaker insertion, post cardiac catheterization with intervention, post ablation, BiPAP, occasional tracheostomy, post-op carotid endarterectomy, and post-op CABG along with intermediate patients that are transferred out of the Medical and Cardiac ICUs.
