Registered Nurse (Days) for a high-quality elderly care home located in Bromley, South London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a luxury care environment delivering exceptional standards of care to older adults. The service provides high-quality care for residents with a range of needs including residential care, nursing care, dementia care and respite care.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents across the service
Administer medications safely and in line with regulatory requirements
Develop, review and maintain accurate care plans and clinical documentation
Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes in condition
Work collaboratively with carers, nurses and clinical leadership teams
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice clinical standards
Support residents with varying levels of dependency including those requiring full nursing care
Maintain clear communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
Promote dignity, respect and person-centred care at all times
Contribute to maintaining a safe, positive and supportive clinical environment
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
Experience working within elderly nursing homes or similar clinical environments
Strong clinical knowledge and experience supporting older adults with complex needs
Experience administering medication and managing clinical interventions
Confident completing care planning and clinical documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and compassionate approach to care delivery
Stable employment history within nursing roles preferred
Nice to have:
Experience using electronic care systems such as Atlas or Person Centred Software (PCS)
