Registered Nurse

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and implement appropriate interventions
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform advanced procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and airway management
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to NCQA standards
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient management and documentation

• current state RN license
• Associate’s Degree from an accredited nursing school
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required within 90 days of hire
• One year of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred
