As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care
  • Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems and conditions using critical decision making
  • Implements and/or modifies plan of care using assessment data, standards of care and evidence based practice
  • Integrates ethical provisions in nursing practice
  • Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments
  • Evaluates progress towards attainment of desired patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 90 Days
